Sr. Human Resources Analyst (Compensation / Benefits / HRIS) - Human Resources - Bridgewater, NJ


Position Overview

The Sr. Human Resources Analyst will provide Human Resources program oversight, process leadership and analytical capabilities to the organization in the areas of Benefits, HR Technology, Reporting and Analytics, and Compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Oversee delivery of benefits for all Health and Welfare programs and the 401(k) plan
  • Provide technical expertise for all benefits plans, processes and administration
  • Ensure full benefit plan compliance, oversee all benefits vendor activities and resolve all escalated benefits issues and employee questions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment process, including review and recommendation of benefits, partnering with broker and carriers, developing employee communications, and design, testing and implementation of web-based enrollment system
  • Manage and act as primary contact for all benefits audits
  • Create and manage company health and wellness initiatives
  • Oversee leave of absence and FMLA processes.

HR Technology, Reporting & Analytics

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and serve as key project member to develop and launch new HR Systems and enhanced functionality in existing HR Systems
  • Responsible for HR Data Integrity and ongoing process to maintain and audit HR Data
  • Provide user support for the Company’s various HR Technologies
  • Partner with HR colleagues to build, automate and maintain standard HR Reporting, Analytics and Dashboards

Compensation

  • Manage all compensation benchmarking analysis and external salary survey participation
  • Support HR colleagues and organization in successful execution of ongoing HR processes, including salary increase planning, annual incentive plan implementation and goal setting/performance management

Other Responsibilities

  • Research and provide assistance to HR Business Partners with employee relations issues and policy compliance
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as needed

Experience and Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree required in Business, Finance or similar analytical discipline
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience
  • Superior verbal/written communication, organization and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Proficient in working in a fast paced environment and simultaneously managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines; outstanding project management and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with HR colleagues and across the organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as web-based HR Technologies; ADP Workforce Now experience is helpful
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local Benefits and HR regulations
